Most items in the shop are made to order. Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or modify or cancel an order that you have already placed.

It depends. Items that include personalization as an option are identified in the shop. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for personalization options there.
If you would like to find out if personalization is available for an item that is not identified as including personalization, please message us.
All items in the garage sale category, clearance items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked upon one another; only one can be used per order.
Yes! For large group orders of 12+ of the same item, please reach out to us for assistance.

We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.
We are required to collect Sales Tax where applicable. Please see your state requirements for details.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We aim to ensure you are satisfied with any purchases from our shop. If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right it in a timely manner.
CLOTHING
If your clothing item arrives and it does not fit, is damaged or you would prefer another, we will happily accept returns for store credit within two weeks of the package being delivered. Item must be unworn & unwashed and in original packaging to be eligible for store credit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in shop credit.
PERSONALIZATION
If your personalized item arrives and is damaged we will happily do all that we can to make it right. Please message us for assistance with your personalized items.
Items can only be returned for store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
